Frequently asked questions

I'm a supplier, how does it work?
Upload your products into Supplierly, connect with your customers and then assign your pricing per customer. Your customers can then sync the products they buy from you to the systems they use. If you need to make price changes, delist products or update the spec of a product due to a reformulation, you only need to edit it once in Supplierly, and the changes are sent to your customers for approval. Once approved, we sync the changes to their systems. We've made it as intuitive as possible for both sides.
I'm a hospitality operator, how does this benefit me?
Supplierly gives you access to all your suppliers on one system. You no longer need to manually sift through a spreadsheet when your supplier adds new lines or sends you their latest pricing. Let's say you have 500 products synced to your P2P (purchase-to-pay) or recipe system, if a supplier updates their pricing or changes a product, you'll be notified and you can approve the changes. Once approved, the changes go straight to your P2P system. If pricing is due to change next quarter, don't worry, they'll be queued up ready for then, so you're always ordering at the right price.
I update multiple systems by hand today, can you solve this?
That's exactly what Supplierly is for. Your products and pricing live in Supplierly, and you can choose what to sync to those multiple systems. Our Apicbase integration is live today, with more coming soon.
My customer uses several systems, how does that work?
You only update Supplierly once. When your customer approves a change, we map it into each of the systems they use, whether that's a recipe system like Apicbase, a procurement system or a finance system. You don't need to worry about which system your customer uses, or how each one wants the data. Supplierly handles the mapping on both sides.
My customer has several price files, how does that work?
Most suppliers have different prices for different customers, and often more than one price file for the same customer. In Supplierly, you can create multiple price files for your customer and they can choose which sites those price files apply to. Each of your customers only ever sees the prices meant for them, and it's a lot easier to manage than juggling multiple spreadsheets!

That's our aim! We plan to work with whatever you already use. We've gone live with Apicbase now and we're adding more integrations soon.

How does Supplierly protect my data?
While our platform is shared by many customers, your organisation is completely segregated by design. Other companies can never see your pricing, suppliers or customer relationships. We back this up with a strict privacy policy. Your data is hosted on UK servers on the AWS Cloud and we never use third-party marketing cookies, so it stays completely on platform.
What does 'secure by design' mean?
Our engineers have years of experience working with enterprise-level systems, so the platform has been designed with security in mind. We back this up with penetration testing, performed by an independent third-party company. Your data is encrypted at rest, and our platform is built on the AWS Cloud. When you join Supplierly, you'll be given your own organisation, and your data can't be seen by other organisations. Compliance is key, so every change is logged with a full audit trail of who changed what, and when.
